This is a temporary policy for TheHobbyOrg’s current manual-order storefront. It is provided for general information and should be reviewed by a qualified Philippine legal professional before the store accepts live orders.

TheHobbyOrg is a manual-order inventory storefront. The website does not currently create customer accounts or process card payments directly.

Information you send through Facebook Messenger, such as your name, Messenger profile, messages, selected cards, quantities, and order reference.
Fulfilment details you provide, such as a delivery address, contact number, or pickup arrangements.
Payment confirmation information, such as the amount, date, payment reference, and receipt image. We do not ask for passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, or bank login credentials.
Basic technical and security data that may be processed by our hosting provider when you visit the website, such as an IP address, device information, and request logs.
Aggregate website page-view counts, grouped by day and public page. This counter does not use tracking cookies or store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, or search terms.

2. How We Use Information

To answer inquiries, check stock, confirm prices, and arrange an order.
To coordinate payment, delivery, pickup, returns, refunds, and customer support.
To maintain transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
To protect the website, customers, and TheHobbyOrg from misuse or security threats.

Facebook and Messenger, payment providers, delivery services, and Cloudflare operate under their own privacy policies and may process information independently.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service or messaging platform can guarantee absolute security.
