1. About These Terms

These Terms apply when you browse TheHobbyOrg or request an order. By using the website or sending order details, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Manual Order Process

• Choose a card, quantity, and copy the generated order details from the website.
• Send those details to TheHobbyOrg through the official Facebook Messenger account.
• Wait for the inventory owner to confirm availability, item details, delivery or pickup terms, and the final total.
• Pay only after receiving confirmation in Messenger, then send the payment receipt in the same conversation.

3. Inventory, Prices, and Confirmation

Website listings are an inventory guide and are not a guaranteed offer. Stock, allocation, condition, printing, price, and availability may change. An order becomes accepted only when TheHobbyOrg confirms it in Messenger. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise.

4. Ready and Pre-Order Items

Ready items are expected to be on hand, but remain subject to final verification. Pre-Order items may depend on supplier allocation, release schedules, and arrival condition. Estimated dates are not guarantees, and we will explain material changes before requesting or retaining payment where applicable.

5. Payment

The website does not operate a payment gateway. Use only the payment instructions confirmed through TheHobbyOrg’s official Messenger account. Never send a password, PIN, one-time password, or bank login credential. You are responsible for verifying the recipient details and amount before payment.

6. Delivery, Pickup, Cancellations, and Refunds

Delivery or pickup method, fees, timing, and risk arrangements will be confirmed in Messenger before payment. Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests will be handled based on the confirmed order terms, item condition, and applicable Philippine consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Card Details and Condition

Customers should review the listed set, collector number, finish, language, condition, and quantity before confirming. Card images may be representative. If an actual-card image or additional condition detail is important, request it in Messenger before paying.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, copy inventory data for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive messages.

9. Intellectual Property and Third Parties

TheHobbyOrg branding and original website content belong to their respective owner. Magic: The Gathering and related marks belong to Wizards of the Coast. Card data or images may be provided by Scryfall or other identified sources. Reference to those services or marks does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TheHobbyOrg is not responsible for outages, third-party platform failures, or indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
